Effect of Total Finish-rolling Strain and Pass Strains on Precipitating Behavior in Ti-IF Steels

摘要: 通過采用新型的熱模擬技術研究表明,不同精軋總變形量和道次變形分配量對TiC相粒子析出行為均有較大的影響,而對于TiN,TiS和Ti4C4S2這3種較粗大的析出物影響不大.兩者之間的合理配置將有利于形成粗大、稀疏的TiC粒子,Abstract: The effect of total finish-rolling strain and pass strains on the precipitating behavior of TiC has been discussed, using the thermomechanical simulation technique. Results show that the total finish-rolling strain and pass strains have an important effect on precipitation behavior of TiC particles, and proper match of them would be benefit to get a sparse dispersion of coarse TiC particles.
