Simulation Results of Oscillation Occurring in the Electrical Supply System of a Hot Finishing Mill

摘要: 分析武漢鋼鐵公司熱連軋精軋機組主傳動系統的振蕩原因,并用仿真計算結果定性地解釋了減小電網側無功補償裝置的容量或者在控制回路加裝帶通濾波器(BPF)將是有利于抑制諧波的振蕩現象的產生.還對改造為雙閉環控制系統的可行性進行了初步分析.Abstract: The reason for oscillation occurring in the electrical supply system of a hot finishing mill is analyzed. The simulation results qualitatively show that either diminishing the capacity of var compensation systems in the electrical supply system or a band-passing filter (BPF) to be connected into the control system of the mill is capable damping the oscillation. The feasibility of the reconstructed two-loop control system is also analyzed tentatively.
