GA Neural Network Based on Modelling for DC Arc Furnace Steelmaking Process

摘要: 在直流電弧爐煉鋼過程控制系統中,由于它的復雜機理,高度非線性加大了建模的難度.為提供適用于直流電弧爐煉鋼過程優化控制的模型,提出一種引人遺傳算法的神經網絡建模方法,并將其用于某廠直流電弧爐煉鋼過程模型的建立,獲得了很好的效果.同時給出了基于現場實測數據的仿真結果.Abstract: In process control system for DC arc furnace steelmaking,modelling is a key part.Because of its complicated mechanism and nonlinearity, it is difficult to model of the process accurately. A genetic neural network algorithm is presented for DC arc furnace steelmaking process modelling and good effects are obtained in its application for real manufacture process modelling.Simulation results with actual process data are presented.
