摘要: 分析了寬帶鋼熱軋支持輥輥形變化對板形的影響,提出板形穩定性(ST)的概念.仿真結果表明,帶鋼寬度越寬其板形穩定性越差,其他參數對權形穩定性影響不大.

Abstract: The effect of back-up roll profile on strip profile and flatness in hot wide strip rolling is analyzed and the stability of profile and flatness(ST) is put forward. The simulating results show that ST is worse to wider strip and is not influenced by other factors.
