摘要: 研究了銅單一合金化高純凈熱軋鋼板在時效退火前后的組織與性能的關系.結果表明,銅具有明顯的時效強化作用,在時效過程中銅的析出優先于鋼板的再結晶,同時高純凈基體使鋼材保持了良好的塑性.分析表明,銅單一合金化高純凈鋼具有良好的發展前景.Abstract: The microstuccture and mechanical properties of high purity hot rolling steel containing single Cu alloying element was investigated, before and after aging annealing. It is shown that the steel has high strengthening effect and high ductility. The precipitation occurred prior to the recrystalization during aging annealing. It is believed that the new steel should have a very positive future.
