Effect of Atmosphere on CaZrO₃/ZrB₂ Composite Sintering

摘要: 氧化物與非氧化物的燒結,合適氣氛的選擇特別重要.CaZrO₃與ZrB₂是化學性質截然不同的2種化合物,經過熱力學分析,在所考慮的各種氣氛中,這2種化合物高溫時只有在Ar氣保護的中性氣氛中才能穩定存在.實驗也證實了熱力學分析的可靠性.

Abstract: The effect of atmosphere on the sintering of CaZrO₃/ZrB₂ composite has been studied in three kind of atmosphere. Thermodynamic analysis has indicated that at high temperature both CaZrO₃ and ZrB₂ thermodgnamic relation would be stable only in Ar atmosphere. The experimental results have verified the reliability of the above thermdgnamic analysis.
