摘要: 研究了典型鋼鐵產品生產工藝流程下的生產物流平衡問題,建立了面向合同交貨期和交貨量的多階段生產物流平衡模型.采用啟發式算法及粗平衡和細平衡通過調整用戶合同的交貨期予以解決.

Abstract: The problems of production logistics balance are researched according to typical iron and Steel production technological process. Models and methods for multiple stages production logistics balance are built, Which are facing the contracts delivery dates and weights. The models can help production management workers to draw up a balanced production plan.
