Solidification Heat Transfer Process and Control for Secondary Cooling Zone of Slab Casting

摘要: 依據安鋼板坯連鑄機的具體條件,建立了連鑄板坯凝固傳熱數學模型,實現了隨鑄坯鋼種、斷面尺寸及拉速變化對各回路水量連續實時控制.經現場應用表明,利用配水模型所制定的二冷配水制度是合理的,效果良好.Abstract: A mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer for Continuous Casting slab is established on the basis of slab caster of Anyang iron & Steel Company. According to the steel grades,the slab section sizes and the casting speed,the control model can adjust secondary spray cooling zone water flow rates.The production application has verified that the water flow for secondary cooling is suitable and the quality of casting slab is good.
