Minimum Lifting Water Velocity of Solid-Liquid Two-phase Flow in Vertical Pipe

摘要: 通過分析粒徑/管徑比、紊流強度及顆粒群濃度對垂直固液兩相流中大顆粒的阻力系數及顆粒沉降末速度的影響,得出在一定條件下顆粒的臨界雷諾數提前,阻力系數突降0.1,使顆粒的沉降末速度急增.并在此基礎上,給出了可用于工業試驗的最小水力提升水流速度.Abstract: On the basis of studying the ratio of particle diameter/pipe diameter, turbulence intensity and multi-particle concentration, which influence critical Reynold's number of solid-liquid two-phose flow in vertical pipe, the resulted showed that sharp drop of drag coefficient and higher of particle sinking velocity were presented. In end, a minimum lifting water velocity was given for engineering design.
