Application of Computer Monocular Vision in Moulds Level Measuring for Continuous Casting Steel

摘要: 研究了把計算機單目視覺系統應用于連鑄結晶器熔鋼液面高度檢測的可行性,為此配置了系統硬件,開發出相應的應用軟件,進行了冷態模擬實驗.結果證明此方法是可行的.在此基礎上提出了一種響應時間短、測量精度高的連鑄結晶器熔鋼液位測量方法.

Abstract: The possibility of monocular vision system put into use on moulds level measuring in continuous casting steel is researched. Based on hardware configuration, corresponding software has been developed. The experiment has been done, the result is fesaible.So an new solution to measure moulds level in continuous casting steel is proposed.
