Simulation of Angle Steel Rolling with Three-Dimensional Coupled ThermoMechanical FEM

摘要: 應用MARC/autoforge商用有限元程序,采用大變形彈塑性有限元方法對角鋼的軋制過程進行了三維有限元熱力耦合模擬.對模擬過程中涉及到的變形、溫度場和寬展等進行了分析和探討,重點分析了角鋼異形孔中軋件的變形和應力分布.數值模擬的結果和現場實際軋制的情況進行了對比,結果證明數值模擬結果與實際軋制情況相符合.Abstract: With the help of commercial finite element software MARC/Autoforge, angle steel rolling process using large strain elasto-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical finite element method was simulated. The problems of metal deformation, temperature field and spread were analysed and key point was placed to distribution of deformation and stress in rolling process. Simulation results compared with rolling practice which shows numerical simulation is good agreement with rolling practice.
