Layout Selecting of EAF Steel Plant with 100% Continuous Casting

摘要: 電爐煉鋼廠不同平面布置將涉及占地面積,設備體積,投資金額等因素.研究表明,不同平面布置的本質區別在于鋼包轉運的途徑和消耗時間不同,因而它一方面約束了LF鋼包爐作業時間的最大允許值,另一方面則影響了煉鋼車間的年產能力.

Abstract: Different layout of EAF steel plant involves floor space, equipment mass and investment cost etc. The studied results show that different layout is characterized by different ladle transport route and consumed time in essentials, which limit maximum processing time of liquid steel in LF, and affect annual capacity.
