Rolling Characteristics of Continuous Cast Slabs with Liquid Core

    摘要
  • 摘要: 采用彈塑性大變形熱力耦合有限元法,模擬薄板坯連鑄液芯鑄軋過程中的坯殼變形,指出液芯鑄軋初始階段坯殼較薄時鑄坯縱向伸長可以忽略,但鑄軋后期坯殼較厚時鑄坯縱向伸長不能忽略.分析影響鑄坯縱向伸長的主要因素,給出鑄坯縱向塑性應變與坯殼厚度和壓下率的關系.

     

    Abstract: Rolling characteristics of continuous cast slabs with liquid core is studied with the aid of elastic-plastic and thermal-mechanical coupled FEM. The studies show that the longitudinal tensile strain of strand can be ignored for thin shell,but it can not be ignored for thick shell.The effects of shell thickness and related height reduction on the longitudinal tensile strain of strand are analyzed.
