Influence of Cathodic Protection on the Fretting Corrosion of 1Cr13 Stainless Steel in Chlorine Compound Enviroment

摘要: 利用自制的微動腐蝕測試系統,研究1Cr13不銹鋼在3.5%NaCl溶液中,不同的陰極保護電位下的微動腐蝕行為.結果表明:未加陰極保護時,微動使自然腐蝕電位快速負移到穩定值;微動腐蝕失重量隨陰極保護電位的負移而逐漸減小,-670mV時失重量達到最小值,此后失重量隨保護電位的負移而逐漸增加,電位負于-800mV時失重量大于未加陰極保護時的失重量.Abstract: The fretting corrosion performance of 1Cr13 stainless steel in NaCI solution at different cathodic protection potenrials was studied by means of the fretting corrosion measurement and the test system.Fretting makes corrosion potential shift fast to stable value when cathodic protection is absent mass loss of fretting corrosion gradually decreases with cathodic protection protential's moving negatively, reaching the mininum at potential of -670 mV(SCE):then, mass loss gradually increases when cathodic protection potential's goes on moving negatively.Mass loss of fretting corrosion at protection potential of-850 mV(SCE) surpasses that without cathodic protection.
