  • 摘要: 通過比較無限冷硬球鐵軋輥經過不同溫度退火處理后組織和硬度的變化,測定了該材質在凝固和冷卻過程中的鑄造應力,在此基礎上提出了無限冷硬球鐵軋輥去應力退火處理的溫度為400℃左右.

     

    Abstract: The structure and hardness of infinitely chilled ductile cast iron roller after heat treatment under different temperatures were compared and the cast stress of the alloy during solidification and cooing was determined.Based on these experiment results, the temperature for annealing heat treatment to eliminate cast stress is around 400℃.
