Microstructure, Property and Boron Distribution of HAZ in An Ultra-low Carbon Bainitic Steel Bearing Cu-Nb-B

摘要: 用Gleeble-1500熱模擬機對Cu-Nb-B系超低碳貝氏體鋼進行不同焊接工藝下熱模擬試驗,選定峰值溫度為1340℃,高溫停留0.5s,t85,分別取30,45,60s.研究了焊接熱影響區(HAZ)組織、性能和硼的分布.結果表明:此類鋼在不同焊接條件下,焊接熱影響區均具有較好的低溫韌性和較低的韌脆轉變溫度.進一步探討了不同t85;對鋼中貝氏體組織組成及形態的影響,以及組織和低溫韌性的關系.用徑這顯微照相技術(PTA)顯示了硼在熱影響區的行為.Abstract: Microstructure, properties and boron distribution of HAZ in an ultra-low carbon bainitic steel bearing Cu-Nb-B were investigated. Results indicated that excellent low temperance toughness could be obtained the HAZ. The influence of cooling time (t85) from 800 to 500℃ on bainitic morphology and the effect of microstructure on low temperature toughness were discussed. When cooled at medium rate, a part of granular bainite forms at higher temperature and then the most pan of austenite transforms into a finer lath bainite forms at lower temperature, this microstructure has better low temperature toughness.
