    摘要
  • 摘要: 使用X射線衍射儀、MAAS自動圖像儀及氣體分析,對1#(美國HITEC公司產)過濾器與2#(昌平產ZrO2基泡沫)過濾器在高溫合金冶煉過程中的過濾效果及其組織結構變化進行對比分析.研究結果表明,2種過濾器對鋼中氧化物夾雜均有顯著去除效果,并且過濾器的組織結構會對其高溫性能、沖擊性能及過濾作用產生一定的影響.

     

    Abstract: The influence of different filters on efficiency of filtration and microstructures during the superalloys melting was investigated by means of X-ray diffractor, MAAS automatic image instrument and gas analyse. The experimental results show that both filters can strongly remove oxides, and that filter microstructures effect on the high-temperature property, impact property and efficiency of filtration of the filters.
