Mathematical Model for Prediction of Erosion of Bottom of Blast Furnace by BEM

摘要: 采用邊界元方法建立了某大型高爐爐缸爐底侵蝕判定的數學模型.該模型用于推定高爐爐底1150℃等溫線的位置和形狀,以了解和分析爐缸爐底的破損情況.結果表明,邊界元方法在近似單一介質熱傳導問題中所建立的數學模型用來預測高爐爐缸爐底侵蝕狀況,有省時、精度可控的優點.Abstract: A mathematical model for prediction of bottom erosion in blast furnace by boundary element method(BEM) was established. The 1 150℃ isotherm as a reference profile of the erosion of the hearth and bottom was calculated.Actual calculation shows that the accuracy of this solution of the model using BEM could be controlled and time spent on the new method are much less than that of the old method.
