Bubble Velocity Distribution in Liquid-Gas Two-Phase Flow of Flotation Column Using PDA Velocimeter

摘要: 采用PDA兩相流測速技術,對LHJ浮選柱下導管內液一氣兩相流中氣泡的流速進行了測定,獲得了浮選柱內液氣兩相流中氣泡沿徑向和軸向的湍流速度分布規律.測試結果證實了LHJ浮選柱內形成泡沫流時,下導管內氣泡運動處于強烈的脈動狀態,該結果為揭示其礦化作用機理、建立數學模型及放大提供了理論依據.Abstract: The bubble velocity was determined in liquid-gas two-phase flow of downflow pipe of LHJ column, using particle dynamics analyzer(PDA) velocimeter.Bubble turbulent velocity distribution on radial and axial direction in downcomer was got first time. It proved that the bubble motion is in violent purbulent pattern in the case of foam flow. The theoretical basis was established to reveal the mechanism of minerization, set up mathematical model and scale up coltnmn.
