摘要: 從提高鋼管壁厚精度為出發點,推導了三輥軋管機調整參數的計算方法,分析了三輥軋管機的調整特性.應用效果表明,該算法簡潔可靠,可以提高三輥軋管機的調整效率和鋼管的壁厚精度.Abstract: From the point of improving the precision of steel tube wall thickness, the setting model of three-roll tube mill was derived, and the relevant setting characteristics was analyzed. Practical uses prove that this model is reasonable and reliable, and able to promote the setting speed of the mill and the precision of steel tube wall thickness.
