Development of Artificial Articular Cartilage-PVA-hydrogel

摘要: 聚乙烯醇溶液經反復冷凍-融化、真空脫水及輻照交聯處理后,制得一種人工軟骨材料PVA-水凝膠.通過光學顯微鏡和掃描電鏡觀察PVA-水凝膠的微觀形貌;通過差示掃描量熱法(DSC)及相應的力學性能試驗研究反復冷凍-融化、真空脫水和輻照交聯對PVA-水凝膠結晶和力學性能的影響.該PVA-水凝膠的力學性能與人關節軟骨相近,可望用于人工軟骨材料.Abstract: After aqueous poly(vinyl alcohol) solutions frozen-thawed repeatedly,dehydrated in vacuum and cross-linked by irradiation,a kind of artificial articular catilage-PVA-hydrogel was made up.The micromorphology of PVA-hydrogel has been observed by means of optical microscopy and SEM.DSC and mechanical tests have been employed to investigate the influence of freezing,thawing,dehydrating and irradiating upon th crystallity and the mechnical properties of PVA-hydrogel.
