Simulation of Mold Filling with Vector Stream Function-Vorticity Method

摘要: 建立了用矢性流函數一渦量法和k-ε雙方程湍流模型模擬鑄造充型過程的數學模型,并模擬了鑄造充型過程.對模擬結果的驗證表明,計算結果與實測結果基本一致,證明矢性流函數-渦量法和k-ε雙方程湍流模型可用于模擬鑄造充型過程三維非穩態湍流流動和傳熱過程。

Abstract: The mathematic model simulating mold filling process with vector stream function-voracity method and turbulent flow model has been established, by which the mold filling process in casting has been modeled.The result calculated is in good keeping with the result measured, which demonstrates that fluid flow and heat transfer during mold filling can be simulated by this method.
