Mathematical Simulation for State Film in C.C.mold

摘要: 建立了考慮保護渣參與傳熱的鑄坯凝固模型,計算結晶器內鑄坯收縮產生的氣隙大小,確定存在于結晶器與鑄坯間保護渣渣膜的溫度、厚度和存在狀態,分析保護渣的潤滑能力及連鑄工藝條件對保護渣的物性要求.得出以下結論:熔化溫度越低,液態渣膜越厚,在結晶器內渣膜保持長度越長;對于一定熔化溫度的保護渣,存在最佳拉坯速度以提供最佳液體潤滑;澆鑄溫度越高,液態渣膜厚度越大.Abstract: The solidification model is set up based on consideration with mold flux as heat transferring medium. The size and width of gap due to contraction of steel in mold can be calculated,and temperature, width and state of slag film in gap are determined.The mold flux lubrication ability supports the increase of draw velocity in continuous casting.
