Experiment Study on the Production of Composite Stainless Steel Strip

摘要: 介紹了用反向凝固工藝實驗研究生產復合不銹鋼帶.在研究中引入過熔度代替過熱度.實驗結果認為在母帶原始厚度為2mm時,母帶初始溫度取800~850℃,控制鋼水過熔度在10~30℃,用反向凝固工藝生產復合不銹鋼帶是可行的.Abstract: Some of experiment study on the smelting superheat of molten steel was introduced to replule the superheat.The production of composite stainless steel strip by Inversion Casting Technology were introduced. The conclusion was the follows, when the thickness of mother sheet was 2mm, the temperature of mother sheet was 800~850℃ and the smelting superheat was controlled as 10~30℃,the production of composite stainless steel strip would be possible.
