^Detection Research of Solid Surface Laser Ultrasonic Pulse Using Laser Heterodyne Interferometric Method

摘要: 述了用外差干涉法探測固體表面激光超聲的原理和實驗結果,討論了信號光、參考光的準直角對信噪比S/N的影響和信號光在分束器上的入射角對外差信號強度的影響。理論和實驗結果表明:當選擇人射角時,可以得到約2倍的外差信號強度。為提高檢測信號的強度,提出并討論了外差干涉的共軛輸出法。Abstract: The measuring principle and experiment of Laser Ultrasonic Pulse by Laser Heterodyne Interfermetric Method is described. The effect of collimation angle of signal light、reference light upon S/N radio is discussed, and the effect of incidence of signal light upon bean spliter on heterodyne signal intensity is discussed too. In order to increase the detective signal intensity, the method of heterodyne interferomtric conjugate output is developed.
