Application of Fractal Dimension in Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing

摘要:
將分形維數用于刻劃滾動軸承在不同故障狀態下表現的非線性行為,進而對軸承的運行狀態進行判別.實驗結果表明,滾動軸承振動信號在不同運行狀態下的分形維數是不同的,可以將分形維數做為識別滾動軸承故障的特征量。
Abstract:The fractal dimension was applied to describe the non-linear behavior of rolling bearing in different fault conditions and to classify the state of rolling bearing. The experiment results show that the fractal dimension of the vibration signal of rolling bearing is different in different fault conditions and can be used as the characteristics for recognizing the rolling bearings fault.
