Establishment of the Dynamic Recrystallization Model of Q235

摘要: 通過對實驗數據的回歸,建立了Q235普碳鋼動態再結晶及其在硬化區變形時的變形抗力模型。模型計算和實驗所測結果吻合較好。壓縮實驗條件:變形速率為0.01~1.0s-1,變形溫度為900~1150℃,初始晶粒尺寸48~85μm。Abstract: The dynamic recrystallization and flow stress mcxlels of Q235 (plain carbon steel) were established by regression with experiment data, and the flow stress model was used for work hardening zone,the results calculated by the models agreed with those measured results. The condition of upsetting test was:temperature,900~1150℃ forming rate,0.01~1.0s-1; initial grain size,48~85 μm.
