Study of Magnetic Properties and Specific Heat on Magnetic Regenerators Er(Ni1-xCox)(x-0,0.1,0.2)

摘要: 研究了實用型Er(Ni1-xCox)(x-0,0.1,0.2)材料的制備方法和它們的物理性能.用Co部分替代Ni后,該材料的居里溫度降至10K范圍內,在溫度低于10K的溫區內,Er(Ni1-xCox)(x=0.1,0.2)材料的比熱容遠大于傳統的蓄冷材料金屬pb和其他新型Er系磁性蓄冷材料的比熱容.磁墑變計算結果表明,Er(Ni1-xCox)(x=0.1,0.2)材料的Er+3離子有效J值約為3/2。

Abstract: Magnetic regenerators Er(Ni1-xCox)(x-0,0.1,0.2) have been studied Curie temperature of Er(Ni1-xCox)(x-0,0.1,0.2) decreases to the temperature range below 10 K by replacing Co with Ni partially. Magnetic regenerators Er(Ni1-xCox)(x-0,0.1,0.2) have larger specific heats than Pb and other Er-Ni magnetic regenerators. It is shown that effective value J of total angular momentum of Er+3 ion is about 3/2 from the curves of the specific heats.-
