Measurement of the Gas Flow Field and Numerical Simulation in Spray Deposition Process

摘要: 采用組合式皮托管測量的方法測量了噴射沉積過程中的霧化氣體流場,并基于神經網絡的方法對流場進行數值模擬,獲得了較為精確的霧化氣體壓力與流場中軸向氣體速度之間的關系,實現了對不同氣壓下氣體流場的預測。Abstract: A composite. pitot tube was used to measure the flow field of the atomdzing gas during the spray deposition process and numerical simulation of the flow field by neural network method was also adopted. Finally a precise relationship between the atomizing gas pressure and axial velocity in the flow field was acquired and the gas Dow field under different atomizing pressure was predicted.
