Inclusions in Centrifugal Induction Electroslag Castings

摘要: 對感應電渣離心澆鑄件中的夾雜物進行了定性和定量分析,討論了離心機轉速對夾雜物形貌及分布的影響,并計算了感應電渣離心澆鑄件中夾雜物的最大尺寸.結果表明:感應電渣離心澆鑄件中硫化物夾雜含量低,分布均勻;氧化物夾雜含量較高,沿徑向方向上存在一定的差異,從鑄件外表面至內表面,夾雜物尺寸增大,面積分數增加;離心機轉速提高,球形夾雜物比率增多,而銳角夾雜物比率減少;感應電渣離心澆鑄件中夾雜物最大直徑僅為6.6um.Abstract: Inclusions in Centrifugal Induction Electroslag Castings were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The influences of the centrifugal machine rotational speed on the inclusions pattern and distribution were discussed. The largest size of the inclusions in the castings was also calculated. The results show that sulphide inclusions are even distributed and the content is low, while the content of oxide inclusions is high and there are some differences along radial direction. With the increase of the centrifugal machine rotational speed, the ratio of round inclusions increases and the ratio of sharp inclusions decreases. The largest diameter of the inclusions in the castings is only 6.6μm.
