摘要: 對于接近零不合格品的生產過程,傳統的統計過程控制(SPC)理論需要進一步發展,應用累積合格品數作為統計量是一條有效的途徑.在此基礎上,進一步提出接近零不合格品生產過程的基本模式和一套完整實用的判異、判穩準則.

Abstract: For the near zero non-conformity process,the traditional SPC theory should be developed to adapt the new situation.Using the cumulative number of conforming items as a statistic has been proved to be an effective way to research this near zero non-conformity process.On this basis,a complete criteria for statistical control and or abnormality are proposed. -
