摘要: 為了深入分析生產線上各道工序之間的責任,提出了2種模糊控制圖的診斷理論.首先提出了基于模糊判異的全控圖和選控圖,這2類控制圖在判異的同時,分別給出了反應本工序總質量和分質量異常程度的模糊判異度,從而可以充分利用和傳遞生產過程的信息.然后,分類給出了2種模糊控制圖的診斷結果分析表.

Abstract: To make full use of process information and analyze the responsibility within different processes in a production line,fuzzy diagnosis theory with two kinds of control charts is proposed.First,two kinds of control charts based on fuzzy judgment are proposed,then fuzzy diagnosis tables with two kinds of control chart are also proposed.
