摘要:
研究了Fe-25Cr-5Al電熱合金斷裂原因及斷裂方式.高于1000℃合金晶粒急劇長大,當晶粒大小(d)增長至80 μm時,斷裂由韌窩型向準解理過渡,d ≥ 100 μm則呈現解理斷裂;變溫過程,由于鉻組元非平衡偏聚,微米級大小α'相沿晶界形成;σ相形成導致合金沿晶斷裂.
Abstract:The fracture of Fe-25Cr-5Al alloy has been studied.Above 1000℃, grains of the alloy grow quickly.When grain size(d)increases to 80 μm,the fracturs mode transited from dimple pattern to quasi-cleavage fracture;d ≥ 100μm,fracture surface appeares cleavage fracture.During thermal cycling treatment process,due to non-equilibrium segregation of chromium to grain boundaries,precpitation of micrometer scale of α'-phases can occur at grain boundaries the formation of σ-phase can result in intergranular fracture.
