Making W-Ni-Fe System Nanomic Composite Oxied Power and Its Futures

摘要: 用H2WO4,NiCl2的堿性水溶液與FeCl2水溶液快速混合的方法,在袒聲噴霧熱轉換裝置中,制備了(W,Ni,Fe)系納米級復合氧化物粉末,通過X射線衍射及電鏡分析,研究了它的物相組成與使用溶劑的關系;同時研究了粉末的顆粒形貌特征及粒度范圍.結果表明,采用上述2種溶液快速混合及噴霧轉換的方法可以制備出成分均勻的復合氧化物粉末.在使用自制的"x"溶劑時,氧化物粉末的物相組成為WO3,NiO,粉末粒度范圍為15~50 nm,顆粒形貌近似為球形.Abstract: he Nanomic composite oxied power of(W,Ni,Fe)system is made in a ultrasionic spray heat-transfer device using rapid mixig method of alkalinous solution of H2WO4,NiCl2 and FeCl2 solution.The phase composition of the composite oxide power and its relation to the flux used are studied by means of X-ray diffraction and(XRD)TEM analysis.The shape characteristics of power particle and the particle range are studied as well.The results show that homogenous composition of composite oxide power can be made by the methods of rapid mixing of the above two solutions and ultrasonic spray heat-transfer methods.When the self-made oxide flux is used,the phase composition of composite oxide power is WO3,NiO.The powder particle range is 15~50nm and the particle shape is near to sphere.
