Adhesion of Diamond Coating on WC-6% Co for Cutting Tools by Hot Filament CVD

摘要: 用熱絲法研究了WC-6%Co硬質合金刀片金剛石薄膜涂層附著力。結果表明:采用溫度為80℃,(HCl:HNO3:H2O)(體積比)為1:1:1溶液對硬質合金刀片表面去Co 15min后,經40μm金剛石粉及1.5μm金剛石加20μmTaC混合粉進行超聲預處理,結果表明,沉積的金剛石薄膜與硬質合金刀片基底具有良好的附著力,而經40μm金剛石粉處理的薄膜涂層組織與附著力要好一些。Abstract: CVD diamond coating on WC-6%Co for cutting tools has been investigated. The substrates were etched by HCl:HNO3:H3O(volume fraction) 1:1:1 solution at 80℃ for 15min to remove the cobalt from the surface. In order to enhance diamond nucleation, ultrasonic scratching pretreatment was applied by using diamond powder with 40μm parti-cle and the mixture of diamond powder with 1.5μm particle and TaC powder with 20 μm particle. The diamond deposition was performed by the hot filament CVD method.Adhesion was checked using Rockwell hardness machine with a loading capacity of 1 500 N, the experimental results show that the adhesion of CVD diamond coating to WC-6%Co substrate by ultrasonic scratched with diamond powder of 40 μ m particle is better than that of the mixture of diamond powder with 1.5μm particle and TaC powder with 20μm particle.
