Acoustic Emission during Crack Formation in Fe-25Cr-5Al Alloy

摘要: 通過聲發射及掃描電鏡技術,研究了鐵鉻鋁合金裂紋形成的條件。結果表明,合金中熱應力可產生微裂紋;內應力的存在以及環境氫的滲入,通常使盤條產生縱向裂紋;合金的失效過程是一個通過聲發射釋放能量的過程。Abstract: The condition of crack formation in a Fe-25Cr-5Al alloy is investigated by acoustic emission and scanning electron microscopy techniques.The result shows that thermal stress induces to produce microcracks in the alloy.Because of the presence of internal stress and permeation of environmental hydrygen,the longitudinal cracks always occurred,and the failure of the alloy is a process of energy release showing by acoustic emission.
