Mechanism of Oxidized Steel Surface Improving Lubricating Performance for Sulfurized Olefin

摘要: 利用球-盤試驗機研究了40Cr鋼表面氧氮處理層對添加劑硫化烯烴作用效果的影響,并利用多種表面分析儀器分析了其機理。結果表明,由于氧氮處理表面的氧化膜可促進化學反應膜FeS的生成,加上該氧化膜本身的作用,使其摩擦表面上由FeS和氧化鐵組成的邊界潤滑膜更厚且結構更致密,導致硫化烯烴與氧氮處理表面的配合具有更好的抗擦傷和抗磨效果。Abstract: A ball on disc machine was employed to study the effect of oxidized steel surface on the lubricating performance of sulfurized olefin.Mechanisms of the effect were discussed based on the analysing results obtained with several surface analysing instruments.It is found that better anti-scuffing and antiwear properties could be obtained for the combination of sulfurized olefin and oxidized steel surface.The main reason for the phenomenon can be attributed to the effect of the pretreated oxide film itself and its effect on promoting the formation of chemical reaction film FeS,which results in the formation of a more continuous in structure and thicker boundary lubricating film consisted of FeS and iron oxide on the wear surfaces of oxidized steel.
