  • 摘要: 使用磁性試驗、透射式電子顯微鏡的選區電子衍射和中心暗場技術以及X射線衍射等方法,分析了國產17-7冷軋不銹鋼薄帶軋態、軋后經380℃回火處理后鋼的顯微組織、鋼中奧氏體和馬氏體相對含量,并與法國AISI301不銹鋼帶材進行了比較,討論了冷軋及回火處理對AISI301不銹鋼力學性能的影響。

     

    Abstract: The microstructure and martensite fraction of 17-7 stainless steels,as cold rolled,tempered 2h at 380℃ and AISI301 stainless steel produced in Franc are examined respectively by magnetization in conjunction with transmission electron microscopy and X-ray techniques.The effect of the cold rolling and tempering on the mechanical properies of AISI301 stainless steel is discussed based on the experimental results.
