Effect of W and V on Induced Segregation and Phase Stability Fe-Cr-Mn Alloy System under Electron-irradiation

摘要: 利用電子束輻照Fe-Cr-Mn(W,V)合金的結果表明,添加原子半徑尺寸大的溶質元素W和V,可形成大量微細碳化物,增多相界面即增加基體中尾閭數目,能有效降低合金基體中點缺陷過飽和濃度,減少空洞腫脹;同時有利于形成高密度位錯環,減少它們相互間的間距,縮短點缺陷向尾閭移動擴散的平均自由程,導致點缺陷捕獲溶質原子的機會減少,進而抑制輻照誘起晶界偏析,提高合金γ相穩定性。

Abstract: Experimental results of electron-irradiation show that the addition of W and V to the Fe-15Cr-15Mn alloy is effective for void swelling suppression and stability of austenite at grain boundaries increased.Due to addition of W and V,a large of smaller carbides are formed,increasing in quantity of sinks,effectively decreasing the concentration of point defects,simultaneously,the formation of high density dislocation loops is beneficial.Therefore mean free path between dislocation loops decreased.The radiation-induced segregation is remarkably suppressed.-
