Investigation on Heat Treatment Dual-Phase Drawn Steel Pipes Used as Hydraulic Cylinder

摘要: 研究了液壓缸筒用熱處理雙相鋼管的力學性能和爆破性能。試驗結果表明:熱處理雙相鋼管經精密冷拔后制作液壓缸筒,強度高,韌性好,爆破壓力也高,并且生產工藝簡單,成本低。它可代替調質鋼管用作煤礦液壓支柱油缸等液壓缸筒。Abstract: The heat treatment dual-phase drawn steel pipes used as hydraulic cylinaer investigated. Experimental results show that heat treatment dual phase drawn steel pipes have hign strength and good ductility, hign bursting pressure as well and are better to be used as hydraulic cylinder than quenched and tempered steel pipes.
