Properties and Behavior of Single Crystal Diamond in Fe Substrate Binder

摘要: 將金剛石單晶孕鑲在Fe基合金中,在一定條件下燒結,發現金剛石受到明顯刻蝕,但晶體結構和強度未變,刻蝕在金剛石與結合劑的界面發生,它是金剛石晶格中的C原子溶入Fe,并在其中擴散的過程,適當控制這一擴散過程,將使Fe基結合劑的金剛石工具獲得優良性能。Abstract: When Single crystal diamond was set in Fe alloys and sintered on certain condition, it was found that the diamond was etched obviouly, but the crystal structure and strength was not changed, etching was occured on the interface between diamond and binder by the dissolving and diffusing of carbon atom in diamond crystal lattice into iron. Well controlled, Fe substrate binder diamond tool could obtain good properties.
