Sinter of Mechanical Activated Molybdenum-Copper Powder

摘要: 研究了Mo-Cu粉末,經機械活化處理后的組織、形態與液相燒結性能、合金組織的關系,實驗結果表明:一定時間活化處理,Mo-Cu粉末形成機械合金化初期的層狀組織,其壓坯可在較低溫度液相燒結,合金相對密度大于99%,組織細小、均勻。Abstract: The mechanical activation, sintering property and alloy structure of Mo-Cu powder were studied. The experimental results showed that the lamellar structure had been obtained after ball milling, the alloy density sintered to 99% at lower LPS temperatrue,and the final structure was homogeneous with fine Mo particles.
