Bubble Properties in LHJ Flotation Column

摘要: 采用光-電探針法對LHJ浮選柱下導管內氣泡尺寸及局部含氣率進行了測定。考察了浮選柱結構參數及流物化參數各固素對浮選柱氣泡直徑及局部含氣的影響.結果表明,流動壓力,徑向和軸向位置,pH值及起泡劑對氣泡直徑和含氣率都有影響,而起泡劑的加入能明顯降低氣泡直徑,同時提高含氣率。Abstract: Bubble sizes and gas hold-up are important parameters of flotation column.bubble sizes and local gas hold-up in downflow pipe of LHJ column were determined with electro-optical probe method in this paper.the affection of bubble sizes and local gas hold-up of LHJ column by column structure parameters and fluid physic-chemical parameters was investigated. The results showed that fluid pressure,radial and axial position of downflow pipe, pH and dosage of frother all have effection on the bubble sizes and local gas hold-up, and that addition of frother can obviously decrease the mean bubble size and mean while increase the gas hold-up.
