Study of Contact Thermal Resistance Between Two Coaxial Cylindrical Layers(Ⅰ):Mathematical Model

摘要: 建立了同心圓柱套筒表面間相互接觸的粗糙單元體的三維穩態導熱數學模型,給出了數學解析方法和接觸熱阻的解析表達式,結果表明,單元體的穩態熱傳導可表達為一個由接觸縫隙間流體的熱阻、粗糙熱阻和收縮熱阻構成的模擬電網絡。Abstract: A mathematical model of three-dimensional steady-state heat conduction in the contact surface between two coaxial cylindrical layers is developed and an analysed solution of thermal resistance of contact is obtained.It is shown that the heat conduction in the rugosity unit cell may be reduced to an arrangement of the fluid thermal resistance,the rugosity thermal resistance and the constriction thermal resistance.
