Structure and Mechanical Properties of ZrO2 Toughened Al2O3 Ceramic

摘要: 采用輥軋工藝,制成了素坯密度較高的氧化鋯增韌氧化鋁復合陶瓷,并對其性能和結構分別進行了研究。利用多種粒徑的粉體混合、多種增韌方式來設計復相陶瓷的顯微結構,得到了最佳配比和最佳燒結工藝條件下的ZrO2/nmAl2O3/μmAl2O3復相陶瓷。此陶瓷在1550℃下燒結,得到優良的抗彎強度和斷裂韌性。Abstract: Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 toughened nanometer Al2O3,μmAl2O3 ceramic composites are obtained with a high-shear two-roll mill process.Their structure and mechanical properties are studied respectively.Further more,the microstructure of these ceramic composites was designed through mixing three grain-size powders.A fine ceramic composites of ZrO2/nmAl2O3/μmAl2O3 is obtained.This ceramic composites can be densified above 98% of theoretical at 1550℃.Its flexual strengh and toughness are fine.
