摘要: 介紹了一種制備不銹鋼內襯復合鋼管的新型工藝——SHS-離心技術;討論了所制備的復合管材的組織和不銹鋼層的性能。這種不銹鋼復合管的內外層可實現冶金結合,SHS不銹鋼抗腐蝕性能優于相應的常規不銹鋼,該工藝具有節能、高效、設備簡單等優點。

Abstract: A new process SHS-Centrifugal technique to produce stainless steel lined composite pipe is introduced.The structure of the composite pipe and the properties of the SHS stainless steel are discussed.Metallurgical bonding between the outer pipe and the SHS stainless steel layer is achieved in the composite pipe.The corrosion resistance of this SHS stainless steel is better than that of the conventional stainless steel.
