Mathematical Modeling of Water Spray Cooling Process in Horizontal Continuous Casting

摘要: 根據成都無縫鋼管廠水平連鑄的生產實踐,建立了鑄坯凝固冷卻過程數學模型,通過數學模擬仿真,找出鑄坯在不同的結晶器冷卻強度和不同的噴水量條件下凝固冷卻過程的溫度場變化、凝殼的生長規律及液芯長度等與澆注參數(拉速、澆注溫度)的關系,為改善和穩定澆注過程,提高鑄坯質量提供依據。Abstract: Based on the production of horizontal continuous casting,a mathematical model of strand during solidification and cooling is set up.The relationship of the temperature field solid shell thickness and liquid core length of strand with the casting parameters(casting speed,cast temperature) are obtained in different cooling intensity of mould and different water spray quantity.
