Reaction Kinetics Model of Titanium with Carbon in Molten Aluminum

摘要: 利用反應動力學和擴散理論,建立鈦與碳在金屬鋁液中反應動力學模型.提出了Ti與C在鋁液中的反應機理,即:Ti原子以鋁液為傳質媒介,向碳顆粒表面擴散,與C逐層反應并生成TiC,TiC顆粒在鋁液的對流作用下,不斷地向鋁液中分散.討論了鋁液的溫度、各元素的濃度以及生成TiC的體積分數對其反應速度的影響規律.Abstract: The reaction kinetics model of metal with nonmetal in molten aluminum is estblished on basis of the theories of kinetics and diffusion.The reaction mechanism of titanium and carbon in the Al-Ti-C system is that the TiC particles are formed through the reaction of titanium with carbon by titanium atoms towards the carbon particles and the TiC particles are dispersed by the convection of the molten aluminum. The effect of many factors, such as temperature of the molten aluminum,TiC volume fraction on the reaction rate of titanium and carbon is discussed,providing a theotical fundamentals for optimization of technological parameters.
