Effect of Hydrogen on Electrochemical Behavior and Stress Corrosion Cracking in NaNO2 Solution for Copper

摘要: 純銅充氫后并不改變組織結構和晶粒大。而且抗拉強度、延伸率和面縮率也不變化,這表明銅沒有氫脆。在NaNO2溶液中,氫使純銅的腐蝕電位、反應電阻降低,使應力腐蝕開裂敏感性升高,斷口形貌不發生變化。Abstract: Ultimate tensile strength, elongation and area reduction of charged specimen with hydrogen were the same as that of uncharged specimen, i.e., there is no hydrogen embrittlement for copper. However, fracture stress and fracture time of SCC of charged specimen in NaNO2 solution were lower than that of uncharged specimens,i.e., hydrogen enhanced the suscepetibility to SCC for Cu. On the other hand, Hydrogen reduced corrosion potential and impedance.
