Sythesis of Lead Magnesium Niobate-Lead Titanate Dielectric Ceramic Powder by a Coprecipitation Process

摘要: 通過共沉淀法合成鈮鎂酸鉛-鈦酸鉛介電陶瓷粉末,經800℃焙燒后,X射線衍射研究表明幾乎為單一鈣鈦礦相;經1 000℃燒結的陶瓷片其密度達到理論值的96.77%,20℃介電常數可達20 940。Abstract: A coprecipitation method was used for preparation of lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate dielectric ceramic powder.X-ray powder diffraction revealed that the powder calcinated at 800℃ had only perovskite phase.The density of ceramic discs sintered at 1 000℃ was up to 96.77% the theoretical value,and its dielectric constant was reached 20 940 at room temperature.
